southern california, all reports are in. need to mediate, or sue. Where? If by a co-worker, did you report to you boss -- he or she is responsible for creating a safe environment at work. If it WAS your boss, have you reported it to HIS or HER supervisor? If so, and you were brushed off, did you report it to Human Resources? Did you do it soon after the offending behavior, or did you wait a month? These are questions you'll be asked. If you're OK on those issues, your local Bar Assn may have a referral service. Failing that, I'd just look around. try goolgle or the phone book , how else do you find a lawyer |
