Hows this for workplace violence....or sexual harassment.....?

The boss made me go into the mens room this morning....and guess what I found.... a picture of me from the office xmas party with my phone number under it saying for a good time call.....and the phone number was wrong.....here's the question can I get into trouble for correcting it....?
