A Co worker is accusing me of Sexual Harassment, when I have only worked with her once or twice and she was the one who keeps telling me that she loves me and we should get married. On top of that our employer is siding with her simply because shes the victem in this. what can I do to protect my job in this situation? Never/ever talk to her without a witness. Always make sure you document everything told to you from her/your employer about the situation. Stay away from personal talk with anyone you work with for awhile. Conduct yourself very professionally and be about business only! you should tell your side of the story, have a detective follow her or uncover any medical illness she might have..good luck Start taking notes. Stay on your P's and Q's, literally!!!! Keep distance from this woman, and if she ever attempts to communicate with you, please please make sure that you have some one there in both your presence as a witness. (and if no one is there, tell her to wait, and go get someone). This may make her feel weird, where she would be uncomfortable around you, but it'll help you, bc now you have witness.....above all, keep bout ur business and leave this woman alone! |
