I recently saw a question asked, and it has pushed me to critque a few of our current laws. After researching, sexual innuendos are considered sexual harrassment, among other small things. nature. I though that "sexual harrassment" died when feminists were forced to defend Bill Clinton in his impreachment trial. Certainly it hasn't had the emphasis that it once did. It seems stupid to blame sexual harassment on somebody just for stroking their own hair...I do that all the time but just out of a habit and nothing more. Now if you are constantly making certain (non physical) gestures towards somebody ALL the time to where the act is in question...perhaps that is a form of sexual harassment. I agree with your last paragraph but not with the others Well what you don't consider to be sexual harrassment may be so,are you a lady doing that to a malea?then automaticaly that would arouse sexual feelings like-wise the ladies |
