How can i get her fired?

My coworker is lazy and stupid. I want to get her fired. I have heard about technique called sexual harassment. If I sexual harass her will this get her fired? She is dumb.

kinda sounds like you're dummer man. sexual harassment will get *you* fired not her. if she's lazy you can bring up the fact taht she's not pulling her weight but most people are pretty stupid, nothin you can do about it and you can't fire someone for it really.

if u sexually harass her that would most likely get you fired... i would report her to your boss and if your boss is decent then they will keep an better eye on this coworker and she will eventually get caught doing something stupid and hopefully get fired...but if you want to say she sexually harassed you...you need prove and such and such

no you dont want to mess with sexual harassment. sounds like you are just as dumb as her for asking a question like that. just be patient in time if she keeps acting like she doesn't care she will get herself fired. besides what goes around comes around and Karma is a B----h!!!

don't start a lie about the situation. it may back-fire. what you need to do is document everything she does wrong and give it to your supervisor. it will work. I'm in the same situation. just make sure you write down everything she does wrong.
