How should I handle gang threats, intimidation, and hostility at work?

I am threatened by gang members at work,sexually harassed, and the owner refuses to do anything about it. I wrote a formal complaint and he sent it to human resources. I'm afraid if I go to the police, the gang will kill me. Obviously, I'm looking for a new job. Having put in writing exactly what is going on at my workplace, which has included someone lying to the police to seek my arrest, intimidation, sexual harassment, and I've been retailiated against by the owner for saying anything. Specifically, my hours and salary were cut. What can I possibly do now? It has occurred to me to flee the state, but if I do that, and the police want to talk to me becuase of what I've written, I make it look like I have something to hide.

Human resources never help. They are liberal fascists to the core. Since they are liberals, they support the criminals over you. Buy a gun. Buy a knife. Carry the knife. File a discrimination complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission office in your state. If the gang threats are racially related and this allowed by your boss, you have a claim. The sexual harassment is a claim. Get going and be strong.

Buy a gun, and get a concealed carry permit. Then go to the police and tell them. They probably don't care, but make sure you have it on the record. That way if in some crazy situation you need to say I went to the cops and nothing was done, then you have a record of it.
It might not be a bad idea to get a lawyer as well.

Don't be a coward. Go to the Police. If no one stands up, the gangs take over. You may escape, but the next victim will be partially your responsibility.
