My male co workers are urinating on a female statue outside,also urinating in my trash can. Is this unlawful?

These men are urinating all over the floor and the walls at my area. This is disgusting! I would like to know if this is considered sexual harassment. Thank you!

First create a paper trail. Put your concerns in writing and send registered mail (they have to sign for it). Write letters to all of your bosses, and all of their bosses, all the way to the owners of the company.

They are doing this to get you fired or to make you quit. They are trying to degrade you and humiliate you. After you have created the paper trail, if things don't change, or even get worse, get a lawyer. Take pictures. Get reliable witnesses. But don't tip your hand and let anyone know what you are trying to do. Also, there are whistle blower laws.

I think this is more of a health issue. Tell the manager. If they are involved or will not help, tell their manager. if that doesn't work, call the local health department.

If you have a cell phone take several pictures. You say they are so you must see them doing this. It is called public lewdness if they are doing this outside.

Yes, urinating in public is illegal. You can call the police and report them to the authorities and have them ticketed and if they continue, you can have a court order issued to protect you from this absurd behavior. They need to grow up, most boys are potty trained by the age of 3 or 4 years old.
