What should be the appropriate action from my employer? |
I have been the victim of sexual harassment from the Senior Vice President of the company I work at for approximately 4 years. He finally pushed me over the edge so I made a complaint to the HR Manager and my boss (the owner of the company). A Senior VP is a high position to take down. Honestly, I would have another job on the back burner. Any actions you take will have negitive consequence on the job, company, and yourself. Bring the law suit! A Sexual Harassment offender is either a sex maniac or a sex addict.....he often has multiple victims.....try to gather other testimonies from his previous victims to strengthen your case--make sure that these witnesses are not "polluted" [not your relative or friend]......hire a law firm first...it was better if they orchestrated the gathering of testimonies!!!!!! |
