Is it rude to clip your toe nails at a diner?

i am barred from Denny's! i cleaned up all the clippings! my nails were slicing right through my socks, i had to do something!!!! do i have ground for a law suit based on sexual harassment????

This is now a sexual harassment! Just because he's a slacker! Clip your hand nails and toe nails at the public place were people around, it's rude of course!!!

I believe it is rather rude to take of your shoes and socks in a public place and clip them at the dinner table. If you would have gone to the bathroom then it would be a different story..

Yes! I have clipped my nails in worse places. It's best to wear open-toed sandals when one clips one's nails at a diner, as you CAN be barred for removing your shoes and socks, unless of course there is a rock in your shoe.

Yes and it is unsanitary. They do have grounds that you were creating a possibility that disrupt their business and the peace of the other diners.

Well i can sorta understand why you would be banned.... I mean right on the door of most places .. it says no shoes .. no shirt .. no service... Plus think about it.... would you want to see someone else doing that in a public place... You could of went into the bathroom into a stall and clipped them if they were bugging you that bad...

if u take ur shoes off at a diner, it would stink and they could ask u to put them back on. if u clip ur toenails, they will point u to the sign that says ,"we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." they are not throwing u out for sexual harrassment. sexual harrassment would be throwing u out or bugging you or stalking u or following u.

Alright, if you need do ask then you are in trouble. Why didn't you go outside or to the bathroom or somewhere else?
