How does the civil cases work? |
The case involving sexual harassment that was done by isaih thomas resulted in a 10 million awardment yet they are civil cases that I have known that have resulted in more than 1 million even homicide or attempted homicide cases in which the victim is physically disabled for life? Civil cases are tried in courts set up by the federal, state and local governments for that purpose. There are rules under which these trials are conducted, and verdicts are rendered, after the facts and law are argued, either by a judge or jury. |
