What will happen in court?

I was wondering what will happen when I go to court for 4th degree sexual harassment? Will I get put in a foster home or what? As I am really shaking right now because I will have to go to court for that. So I was wondering if anyone knew what would happen.

it really depends on the judge and your lawyer. Most times you will not be put in a foster home if you are a minor. However, your conduct from now till your sentencing will be watched by the judge or juvenile referee.

go in and apologize. is this your first offense, you will probably get off light. you need to straighten up though and watch your mouth. think before you speak and stay out of trouble!!! they wont be as easy on you next time
