voucher and I was granted another voucher to move because I am in an unsafe enviornment gunshots,sexual activity, harassment,loose pitbulls and other harmful dogs,also i live in a dark alleyway with not much light :-( I am disable and so is my child what can I do to break the lease? I signed the lease for one year by the way It seems to me that you have good reasons for breaking the lease, but my opinion doesn't count. Talk to your local housing authority, who administers Section 8 vouchers for HUD. They can best advise you. I think I would just not pay the rent and let them evict me. You should check with your local housing authority though. |
