I request them so many times for do something but they don't care about it. could you tell me how i can take action against this please? thanks a lot

I hope you can prove you did the hours you state !

If your employer doesn't pay you in full it's an unlawful deduction from wages. You can enforce this via the Employment Tribunal, which is a specialist employment court. You don't necessarily need a solicitor and you may struggle to find one that actually knows employment law.

Look for specialist help via Citizens Advice Bureaux or Law Centres; start with CAB as even if the bureau you contact has no specialist available it will know if there are any locally. Link below takes you to Adviceguide and its section on finding your nearest CAB.

You need to submit a grievance first; there are set rules for this and they cover you and your employer. There's a good booklet about this at the ACAS website, second link below.

The CAB will have details of the statutory disciplinary and grievance procedures; they can talk through them with you and how to apply to the Employment Tribunal - and may be able to assist you beyond that. You can also speak to ACAS.

Good luck !

Im almost positve you could get a lawyer involved, that is illegal. Call one on monday - A lot of lawyers will do this free but take part of the winnings simply because trials like this are always worth big amounts of money. They cant just "lose" it, that is unacceptable, and the judge will agree.

YES!
Call your states labor board. The number should be listed in the phone book and they WILL get to the bottom of this.

It is illegal for company's NOT to pay you!

This is why workers unions exist...

if youre from the uk then you can contact the c.a.b im not sure about other countrys
