Where in the constitution does it state that voters must show two forms of identification? |
A drivers license and a social security card. I am just wondering since the Constitution was written in 1776. Is their an amendment? The US Constitution NOWHERE even grants you the "Right to Vote", why would you expect it to say anything about what ID voters must show? What you have to show to vote is based on state laws, not the US Constitution. Here in Florida I only have to show my driver's license. |
