Can you get married in Texas if you dont have a social security number?

What are all the requirements?

i think you can go to a church and just get married.
unless you really need all the offical stuff.

You can't get married anywhere without a SSN. No job, no school, nothing. Go to the Social Security office and see about getting one.

Edit: No, you can't just go to a church to be legally married. You do have to fill out a marriage license and have it sent off and signed by several people.
