how would i go about obtaining a social security number?

Yes it's illegal - there's no way to get a 2nd one without it being illegally obtained. You go through the Social Security Administration to obtain your one and ONLY legal one.

That's a definate yes. How did you obtain 2 numbers, it must have been obtained through false information making it very illegal.

Of course it is ! Just go to the nearest social security office with proof you have the right to live here, and they'll do the rest.

It is absolutely illegal. Why would one need two social security numbers? Each person has only one and is a way of identification.

There's no way to have 2 social security numbers without it being illegal.
