why do politicians need so much security if they are working for us ......??? the only crazy people i see are the ones in the white house.... Since Bush got in office we have to have security at all large events. Since many politicians including Obama have relieved death threats it good measure to have the protected. well, there ARE crazies out there who would do them harm, and, of course, there are those of us who are sane who would protest and get our own voices heard, and not just the voices of the rich and powerful who've managed to buy their way into the system. Because Democrats are an inherently violent group. Look at all the big riots and civil disturbances over the last several decades. You don't see very many Republicans in that mix. Because the city of Denver needs protection from the loonies Always better safe than sorry. Because some of us are crazy... that's why |

It means that a society that is willing to abandon it's freedoms has already lost its value and little more is lost by its destruction. Better to stand up for something than to simply stand. There it is. Here, it isn't. It totally depends on the laws of your jurisdiction. In any case, security or management has the right to ask them to leave, and to forbid anything they want ... I live in Michigan, too. Places I go mostly have little stickers that state they are monitoring 24 hours solely to keep people from breaking in/damaging property. Are you saying you don'... |
