Hi, Is there a Legal Website that I can Check someones background with thier Social Security Number for Free ?

Is there by any chance that there is a site, Cause I would realy like to check my own backgroud through my social security free.

Try looking up your public records, http://www.crimcheck.com has an extensive public records section you can use for free.

You should divulge the state you live in. For instance, in Maryland you can go to Maryland Judiciary Case Search. Not all states make this information public.
