Is it illegal for a baby to go streaking in public or at a televised sports event?

The security can't really tackle a baby, so what would they do? Suppose it was a midget instead but looked like a baby from afar... What if it looked like a midget but was actually a baby and the security tackled the baby?

As a midget who streaked naked as a baby at several sporting events, I am more than qulaified to answer this for you.
Here are all the answers to this question, in order:
No; throw a blankie over it's head; they would be sued by the State's Attorney's office and forced to do community service for 6 months at an old folks midgets home.
