Can my foreign wife collect my social security benefits who not a citizen of the U.S. nor a U.S. nonresident?

I am living in a foreign country and would like my foreign wife to collect my social security benefit when I die. She is not a US non-resident and has no intention in living in the U.S. What is the procedure to file the legal paper work?

No. The only exception would be perhaps if you died and she got some sort of death benefit associated with it. Even then, I am not sure about this. I suspect you are not the first to ever have this question. Check out the link below.
