Whats the legal penalty for having and possessind and using two social security cards?

AND USING THEM TO EVADE THE LAW?I already have caused an investigation to be started but kinda wonder what to expect....what kinda time is this person looking at and who should i let know.....this person has hurt many so here comes the Karma back to bite her

she is getting state money and has evaded law and left state while on probation and is a current foster care worker recieveng subsidized payments

Depends on what the fraudulent cards were used for. Bank fraud? Immigration fraud? Tax evasion? These all have different penalties under different laws.

wow. thats a federal offense i think. contact the social security office, family services, or the local police and they should be able to give you the information you need
