1. We make all employees and clients aware of the anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies. There's a poster in every common area with instructions on how to file a complaint if you believe you have been discriminated against. 2. We maintain professional standards by regularly reviewing expectations of employees and reviewing work produced and employee performance. Work reviews are quarterly. Employee reviews are every 6 months. 3. IT security includes RADIUS server authebtication, authorization, and accountability in order to access network resources. We use strict device and configuration control. Rogue devices are blocked upon detection. 4. Too vague to answer. 5. Every employee gets OSHA training. Every team has a safety officer responsible for local compliance. The safety officers report to the safety supervisor.
