Is it illegal to have an orage traffic cone in your possesion? |
My friend and i found one in the woods and i took it back to my aunts house (where i am visiting) but i live on Ft. riley where you have to go to a security gate to get in....will i get in trouble if they see it? If it's a true traffic cone that belongs to your state's department of transportation you can get in trouble for having it. The guys at the gate aren't going to care about it though, they're just going to look at your ID as always and do a quick scan of the car for other passengers. You can BUY traffic cones at some Wal-Marts. As long as you didn't steal the cone, you should be OK. If you use the cone to block traffic, you would be in trouble for obstructing traffic. No, I have several. You can buy them at any hardware store. I'm sure the death penalty is involved naw im sure itll be ok! |
