I no a girl that is on SS and has a job. She screwed the government for 2 years. She gets food stamps and everything. What will happen to the kids if she is sentenced. and how long is the sentence

well first of all that could carry a sentence of up to 7 years in the pennitentary, and 2nd most definetly she will have to pay all of it back plus additional fines. ouch!
