Will 2 Public Intoxication Charges from 3-4 years ago prevent me from obtaining a Secret Security Clearance?

I don't know what a Secret Security Clearance is, sorry. However, I don't think those charges will hurt you......Public intoxication is nothing...................So you were drunk in public a couple of times? No big deal Don't worry!!
