How do I keep my CDL hazmat endorsement , after TSA render me a security threat for a disqualifing offense.?

the disqualifing offense is robbery, the conviction was 15 years ago and my release date from prison was Dec 1998. I dont believe that they can deni me because, I am well with in the requirement. The conviction is more that 7 years old and I was released from prison more that 5 years ago. the initial determination of TSA is basically saying that I may pose a security threat. What would be the best response to them. Thanks for any and all help in advance.

Request an appeal. Basically you are out of luck.
