Does calling a security guard a ***** give him the right to mace you? |
The B word* it does if he feels threatened. A security guard is just a citizen (maybe) like you and carries no further rights. If he maced you you needed to call the police, file a report and contact a P.I. lawyer and sue them. My bet is they settle out of court and you split it with your Lawyer 33/66%. not necessarily. If the manner in which you do it leads the dude to percieve a threat to himself, to others, or to the property he guards, then he can use non-deadly force to protect people or property. not enough information here!
