If a security guard made racial insults to me what legally should I do?

i went to a KFC & the security guard (private agency) thought I was banned from their, but when he inquired the KFC staff said "no" it wasn't me, then my friend remarked "fooled you." He said, "well all you fat black women look the same." From their the racial insults continued, & when I said I would report him he said "they won't do anything just like the last time." "I only got transferred." So far I've contacted NAACP. What else should I do?

Talk with the manager, with corporate, and with the security agency. If they have any brains at all, the guy will be fired.

Otherwise, let others know and boycott the place.

Their corporate comment line is: 1-800-225-5532 Let them know that you are very dissatisfied by their employee's actions. (and even if they are a subcontractor, they are still there at the companies expense and is therefore a liability to them).

Side note: KFC, like many fast food places, is a franchise - with individual stores owned by specific individuals. I think only that store should be boycotted if they do not resolve this satisfactorily, not all outlets.

Report it to a local TV station that has reporters that check into this type of behavior. They will put it on the air, KFC won't be happy with the bad reports and will do something about it. Make sure it is a station that is known for checking into these things honestly.

Shop elsewhere.

Being rude and insulting is not illegal. No law says we have to be nice to each other.

You could complain to the KFC store manager - you might get some coupons for free chicken out of it.

report him to his company. and to regional manager of kfc. make sure u have his name and company. and tell them they are losing ur bizness

You most likely do not have any legal recourse, as insulting somebody is not a crime nor a civil offense.

Write KFC a letter a dn tell them you will no longer be eatin gat the restaurant. Then take your business elsewhere.

tell kfc maybe u can get some free finger lickin chicken if i could get free chicken they could insult me all day also maybe he was telling the truth

Contact the owner of the KFC franchise.

stop eating there. maybe try a salad bar instead. I never get mistaken for a fat person
