Can socail security cut disiabilty checks when you help some one that needs help?

Social Security disability is based on your past earnings record and your future inability to earn. It is not based on need nor on what you do with the money.

If you receive Supplemental Security Income, that is a different story. They can cut your disability payments for a number of things. Don't know what you mean by "help someone" but it is not their business how you spend the money, it is given to you based on YOUR need. If you work you will lose dollar for dollar under SSI disability.

Give the help to that person in cash. Make sure you don't use checks.

Social security disability is a welfare program for people who have pretty close to no other resources. If they get other resources (you give them money, for instance) then they qualify for less.

Yes and if you inherit or win a large sum of money, you must reimburse social security for monies paid out.

No because you are allowed to make a certain amoumt of money even if you are disabled.
