If i am convicted of fraud, do i lose my social security and if so for how long? |
I am being accused of selling stock in my company without a license. If I am found guilty and have to serve 6 months or more in jail do i lose my social security check and if so do i get it back when i am releasedThanks As before if you are incarcerated you will not receive your check but it will be reinstated upon your release, if you do not tell them you are incarcerated and they find out you will be sanctioned a lot of money.~ are you on security security now...don't undestand this part of the question..get yourself a good lawyer to fight this fraud issue |
