Home security wepons? |
is it possible to have a AK47 and use it if some one who breaks in and tries to rob my house? i live in phoenix arizona you can have any gun you want for home defense....but an ak47 is not a good weapon for home defense....judging from your question im gonna guess you dont have a working knowledge of weapons so an assault rifle is the last thing you'll need. you'd probably end up shooting yourself and family when someone breaks in because its a semi-complicated weapon for a complete amateur to use efficiently in a tactical situation. Yes, it's possible, but it is not a good idea. Rifles are not good for home defense because rifle rounds will go right through your walls and could possibly hit your neighbors or other people in your house. My uncle is a lawyer and he tells me this stuf All of the time. I hear..."if someone robs your house and you have a gun you can't shoot them unless they treaten you or you will be doing time too. So a robber can come in an unplug your TV, but if he doesn't threaten you all you can do with a gun is say 'don't move, I'm calling the cops' and keep the gun held up to him" Check out "the Judge" Handgun would be a much better solution for home secuirty. I personally purchased a .50 Desert Eagle for home protection. yes, but a hand gun works better in close quarters |
