Can a security guard take your I.D. and photo copy it despite your objections? if you are not wanted why would you care? well why are they asking? I suppose if they are detaining you, and you don't cooperate, they can simply let the police handle it... obviously they CAN. They have the ability. If you want to ask if you have any recourse, try asking that. If you're suspected of stealing something and they have some evidence then yes. |
