Social Security Disable Benefits? |
I would like to know, is it possible to receive SSI/SSD for the period of which you are disabled? Lets say that I'm disabled 01/2007 and am pending a decision, then 01/2008 I am no longer disable and return to work. Can/Do I get to receive the benefits from 01/2007-12/2007 seeming I was disable and unable to work during that year. For you to be considered for SS disability, you must be considered to be disabled for at least one year. If you are not, it will be treated as though you never were eligible.
