This is the most insanely ridiculous thing I've ever heard of: I really hope not. What a joke! The only scenario under which I can see her winning is if she can show that this was a known defect that the maker had negligently failed to address. My main question is whether those are actually made in her size??? If not... then it's her own fault, trying to wear skini-mini undies. No. Unless there has been a pattern of underwear blinding people and the maker did nothing to fix the design.... |
