Does anyone know how the procedure for filing an emergency motion to stay an eviction order in Georgia?

I'm trying to stay an eviction order that was given by a magistrate judge when there was already a superior court case pending on the same issue? I read some info on the net that said one can motion the Superior Court for an emergency stay from any lower court actions until the suit pending in Superior Court comes to a close.

I have some other things in place that'll possibly hold off the culprits but I need a stay for more security. So if anyone knows how to go about motioning for a stay in a Georgia Superior Court, I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks!

I disagree with the court's judgment that I owe my landlord money and that I have to move. What can I do?
After July 1, 1998, you have seven (7) days to file an appeal from the trial court. If the landlord requests, the court may order the tenant to pay into court the rent the trial court found the tenant owed, as well as future rent which comes due while the appeal is pending. If the tenant fails to pay, the court will order that the tenant to be removed from the property. Prior to July 1, 1998, a tenant has ten (10) days to appeal.
