NEED HELP please!!!!!???.........? |
ok so my dad who i barely talk to and hardly ever see called and said he got fired from his job cause they found out he's not a citizen and he said he was gonna get deported...that was like in the end of may when he told us all of this....he's still hasn't gotten deported and said that he needs my brothers info like soc. security birth certificates check stubs ect.....my brother is 22 goin on 23 i'm 16....he says that he needs my brother to sign cause he needs someone over 21 to do all of this!....but why doesn't he need me??....i mean i'm a minor he still needs to support me!!....right??.... does this stuff sound right to you guys??.... thanx for takin the time to read all of this and tryin to help me out i really and truly appreciate it! and keep this question on your watchlist cause imma be adding details probably askin some more questions!=] I am sorry to have to say this, but in my personal opinion, your brother would be foolish to give your father any details. In cases like deportation, a non-family member, who has known the person for a certain amount of time is used as a refereee. However, although your dad needs to declare you a dependant, if you and your brother are legal citizens in your hometown, you become your brothers dependant. This is because he and you are legal citizens and it requires a legitimate next-of-kind to be the 'dependee'. My opinion is Your father is scamming your brother. I dont know for money or whatever, but please do not give your information out to him. If he comes to you and starts to ask you for your information, get a lawyer or someone who you can tell the story and see what they say. It wouldn't be suing your father or anything like that, but just to get an educated response. Someone who has experience. Your brother is a fool to give him is personal information, or to get any money for him. He will end up being in debt up to his ears. Your father should have better sense than this. He made his bed, let him lie in it. I'm telling you, don't give this information to your father. He is going to take your brother to the cleaners. your dad is not going to get any money from your brother. he is going to use his information as his own to stay in the country. becareful. your father is an illegal alien and now that he is trying to use his info your brother could be charged with obstructinon of legal process which could carry jail time well tell his fence jumpin *** to quit jumping the fences |
