Unfair treatment and bias in the workplace:: what should I do!?

have been working at an animal hospital as a technician for 1 year. The managers DO NOT work amongst the employees and there are NO security cameras, so they can only judge staff members by what they hear from other employees.

I am a hard worker, constanly finding something to do, rarely call out, often complete tasks that would be considered above and beyond my expectations, I treat everyone with kindness.

There are two people that alternate being shift supervisor and are the only ones that can write employees up and notify the management. They have always been rude to me and treat me unfairly, even though I have never done anything wrong by them. They have been writing me up for lack of dependability and for slacking off, which is 150% untrue. I recieved a written warning from the management for misconduct and failure to meet performance standards.

I am completely insulted by managements ignorance and am now facing suspension for false accusations. What should I do!?

I would give a 2 weeks notice and find a new job. It sounds like a no win situation. You know you call other agencies in to file a complaint, it ends up being a hostile work environment any how

Quit. Theyre trying to get rid of you for one reason or another.
