Unfair treatment and bias in the workplace:: what should I do!? |
have been working at an animal hospital as a technician for 1 year. The managers DO NOT work amongst the employees and there are NO security cameras, so they can only judge staff members by what they hear from other employees. I would give a 2 weeks notice and find a new job. It sounds like a no win situation. You know you call other agencies in to file a complaint, it ends up being a hostile work environment any how Quit. Theyre trying to get rid of you for one reason or another. |
