What happens to the taxes paid by employees on bad SS numbers?

Millions of illegal alliens taxes are really paid by companies. Some think they are paying it to legitimate social security numbers..Where does that money go? The illegals dont get a pension under a bogus social, the money goes in to what account? It gets disbursed to what account ?..and who has control of it?
I have never recieved an answer!! good luck and help!

It goes into a general fund; and it never comes out.
