My Brother in law is a security Guard he was recetly bashed by another security guard?

The other security guard got mad at him and bashed him because their boss changed their work site locations and my brother in law got the good jobs. But the other guy is only new Who is at fault here.

Why the person who perpetrated the violence of course.

In security guards we see the coming together of two professions...law enforcer & criminal.

Your brother in law should have him charged with assault and shouldn't let it go. i work at party security and we take care of our guards, if someone assault our guards we take the matter to police. well party security industry is like that all the time.

If by "bashed" you mean the other guy hit your brother in law, then your brother in law should have him charged with assault. He should also report it to the boss. The other guy is definitely at fault.
