How do people that are in the US with expired Visa's get married if your social security card is required? |
in order to get the marriage license? I didn't have to show anything but my driver's license when I got my marriage license. I'd be curious to know where your social security card is required? Identification is required (proof of age). But I don't remember ever using my social security card. Anyone can get a social security card. You don't even have to be here legally to get one. The visa does not matter much at all. Back alley marriage. illegally if your visa is expired you are to leave....call ICE they will help I'm sure |
