Is it illegal to interogate minors by security officals without parental consent? |
I know someone who was interogated at their job by security and the security pressured them into doing things that may implict them into being fired, and before they get called into the final meeting to determine their fate at the company i wanted to check on whether or not it was legal for them to interogate the minors in such a way without parents present. If they were an employee no Minors can be interrogated at work, by security. It becomes tougher only when being interrogated by officials of the government, such as police. probably yes.....security forces are not representative of the government......only the government is limited in interrogation by law Simple answer is yes - report the security officals to the Police ! |
