I was married 18 and I'm 60 can i get my x social security? you had to be married to him at least 10 years. and you have to be at least 62 1/2. Unless you spouse has named you as a beneficiary you can't. I think if you were the 1st one to be married to him for ten years or more you can have his SS. Why do you have to be a ***** and try to take a man's hard earned social security? sure |
