If i lost the court order saying that i can get the refund of the security deposit.wat should i do?


wen i came back from overseas. i had shiped my belongins 2 chennai.. from were it was transported on road.. but the vehicle was stopped at the araynkav check post in kerala in the name of evading tax...rs 25000 was taken as security deposit.. nw 3yrs later.. a notice had come askin mi 2 prove if the goods were mine.. i did.. the enquiry proved that i had the right 2 take back the security deposit as refund.. but the original notice that had come asking mi 2 appear in order 2 claim the money is lost.. wat shuld i do..

Go to the clerk's office of the county court in which your case was, they will direct you to the records department who will give you the file and you can make a copy of the order.

You need to go to the court and request another copy of the document. They keep copies of everything at the courthouse.

Sounds like there isn't much you can do for now. In the mean time learn some grammar.
