Will I be able to get a security clearance with the National Guard?

At 16 I was arrested for assault, possesion of cannibus and weapon by minor (I was found not guilty)

At 18, I was arrested for burglary and plead to tresspassing (sealed)

20 I was arrested for owing 60 dollars from the the case when I was 18, I did not know I owed the money

At 24, I was arrested for petit theft (I received diversion and have a letter from the Chief of Police proving I did not commit the crime)

I have 2 masters degrees, Law enforcement certification and I am in the guard.

The only debt I owe is a medical one for 3000 which will come off my credit on august 09, I plan to go to state OCS in Apr 09

I seriously doubt you have two Master's Degrees unless they are form an online university. The term is Master's degree and not masters degree.

If you have multiple felony convictions I don't know how the National Guard let you in. Don't they have minimal requirements like the rest of the military. Sometimes other branches allow you seek a waiver.

I don't know why you would get a law enforcement certificate because no police agency would hire you. They go back your entire life in a background check, not 7-10 years.

What is petit theft? Is that something small?

Just another reason why your story doesn't add up.

TROLL

you may not be able to get a secerity clearnce since you commited so many crimes but hey you never know if you meet and exced their requerments and they ignore your charges yea you could get a secrity clearence

well you know the saying you do the crime you do the time
