RESTRAINING ORDER or FELONY? Question? |
What if you threatened a law enforcer by saying "i'll beat your azz" because they constantly harrass you? NOT A COP, but a SECURITY GUARD. A threat unless you take steps to carry them out are not prosecuted, if you make physical contact after the threat then a criminal charge is likely, a security guard would not qualify for a restraining order but their employer may give a no trespass order and keep you off the property.~ NEITHER OF BOTH, CONSIDERED TO BE A FELONY OR GET A RESTRAINING ORDER. The mere word of 'I'll beat your azz' is not to be considered a threat of some sort or to be taken as serious. Anybody can say that, if you step on somebody else lawn or taken one apple in a grocery store. |
