Nurse falsifying medical information at an ER? |
I was going to report her formally for being abusive to a patient who she threatened with security because he came out of his room to ask if he would be seen soon. I asked her for her name after I had sand she threatened to call security on me. She wrote in my record that I had abusively demanded narcotics from the staff nurses and I was drug seeking. I did not even complain of severe pain. My pain scale was 4 out of 1-10. Hi - sorry to hear youve had this problem, the NHS has a bad enough rep already without people like this! |
