Simply curse at the security, now expelled?

My boyfriend cursed at a security guard at school because well this is a whole other story but, he asked the security where his ipod was because this stupid girl tried to say he stole her ipod (just to have an ipod cause she lost hers) and some other security had to take his ipod until they found out whos it really was. FYI the girl does know its not hers.So anyway the conversation was all fine until the security guard called him a LIAR and the story wasnt right. Then she says"It's probably in your backpack right now!" Thats when he begins to curse and the security guard begins to curse back calling him an asshole...

He gets suspended, the day he gets back to school the dean says you are EXPELLED. The security MADE kids who were not anywhere at the time of the incident file reports saying he THREATENED TO KILL HER. He threw his backpack down and said wanna fight. Oh and this one is FUNNY, he stood on the cafeteria table saying f*** you over again when this happened outside!

There is a meeting tommorow morning so is there any good stuff I can say to persuade dean to let him graduate at this school. There is only 3 weeks left of school! Doesnt make any sense. How can I say what he is doing is not fair by taking the lying security guards side. All the other security guards have my boyfriends back cause they were all there at the time and they know shes lying. One security guard even said you should sue the school. The security guard has no evidence. I was hoping you can give me some things to say to make me sound like a lawyer, lol. This is the last chance and I really want to make this work. got back Ipod today and those threats were NOT truern.

If what you say is true, you should certainly file a lawsuit.

tough way to learn discipline.

Try a sincere apology for any misunderstanding and ask what he can do to make up for his stupid mistake
