H.R. 6: Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007?

Hi everyone,


Regarding the

H.R. 6: Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007

I have been reading in quite a few non-credible places that the solar tax credit (this is all for florda) was just increased;

it WAS up to a maximum of $2000 dollars, but like i said, I have been reading and found that according to this bill, it was increased to $4000.

Is this true?

If so, can anybody PLEASE link me to the bill and which article or something? or paste the text?

I have read summaries of the bill, but they don't mention anything about it.

I have also looked at the bill in it's entirity, but it's a lot of legal jargon so i may very well have missed it.

Any help would be GREATLY GREATLy appreciated.
