The best and latest details are of a Jan.9/2008 court date on his conviction. He invented a way to refine tiny amounts of any carbon based oils or fluids and vaporize it into a frothy foam and run a vehicle on it. His claims are of 300% efficiency. The on going reports also say that he was then transfered to a Provo, Utah mental ward in a prison and was abused physically and left to suffer and possibly die from care giver inflicked broken bones, that were left untreated. This man is a genious who has unlocked a secrete of carbon based fluids and can end fuel dependencies everywhere in the world. What happened to Paul Pantone? He's alive and well.
