I worked as a security guard and I slammed an old lady to the ground for restisting arrest and the company >

fired me. She park in a no parking zone. Can I file a lawsuit?

My concern as a Security Guard are the safety of the Mall Shoppers and after 9/11 I'm not taking any chance. Not on my watch.

if u would of slammed my as* down to the ground just for parking in a no parking zone i would of whooped your butt!

Yes, you can file a lawsuit for getting fired from the company you worked for. That is part of your rights. However, the old lady and her estate (heirs and dependants) can file a suit against the store, the company you work for and you and sue you for a zillion dollars. I like your attitude "after 9/11, I am not taking a chance. Not on my watch" However, your lack of intelligence may come up in court as a no-brainer. "My lord, my client slammed the old lady on the hard floor, where the old lady cracked three ribs as she did not respond to his call to park somewhere else. My client seriously thought the old lady was a member of the Al-Qaeda and would blow up the store with RDX hidden inside her overweight bra" Is that your defence? Please count me out as your lawyer.

How are you going to body slam an old lady you sick bastard! Maybe she didn't hear you because of a hearing aid or something. How much can an old lady resist arrest she's all old and wrinkly! And for parking in a no parking zone??? You're going to hell in a handbasket with too small gasoline thongs on. Enjoy A/C while you can cause it's going to be hot where you're going!!!

ok.. seems like your a cowardly man with no morals. You took your crummy job way too seriously, especially on an old lady. Im not dissing you on your job, i'm dissing you on your cowardliness. Why would you care so much she parked in a no parking zone? Did you it think it was the end of the world??

My troll meter just shot to the top of the scale. If this happened, and I was the responding officer, YOU would get a close up look at the parking lot while you "resisted" and I subdued you. Moron....

Giovanni must have issues with his masculinity to be so sensitive about the issue. Try extenze buddy, maybe it will help your "problem". Or maybe prune juice .

you should be poster child for pro choice.

giovanni, hes a troll,up your dosage, and if you dont like the police in this country,or anything else for that matter, another thing thats great about America,if you dont like it,we dont keep you from leaving.

. IF this a legit Q, well, I've been there where I lose my temper over some minor Violation. Just like me, If you can't control yourself, GET OUT of that Profession, Dude.
I get all pissed just watching what these Pervs get away with on the Cop shows. They GOT to be handled like babies!

well put giovanni.

What makes me laugh is the security guards who are about 70 and the ones that are seriously overweight, heaven forbid if they have to chase anyone!

Resisting arrest? Who do you think you are? I notice you said old lady... how old? File a lawsuit because this needs to make CNN... are you crazy?

i would have kicked her while she was down,no respect for the law.how dare she park where she did,i hope you did not hurt yourself.

no ;what do u think of yourself .u r so stupid that u slammed an old lady u hv no manners at all
if u had told her politely the company would not have fierd you
;don't u hv regards for elders u are sick

If you did such a thing, (which I doubt based on some of your other questions you have posted)
I hope she whacked you upside the head with her cane.....
